YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We're conveniently located on the North arm of the Sydenham River in Wallaceburg, the heart of Southwestern Ontario's boating country. It's like being at the cottage but still having all the conveniences of the city, except the traffic.

We have 1400 sq. ft. of decks with 100 feet of docks so bring your boat and dock right in the backyard! From there you can access St. Clair River or Lake St. Clair giving you access to Lake Huron as well as Lake Erie.

Larger boats are no problem, Chatham-Kent operates lift bridges to accommodate larger boats and it's a great experience to see them lift.

We're situated between two Ontario migratory flyway paths which ensures you'll find the best bird watching with over 314 species including Bald Eagles, American Goldfinch, Northern Harrier, Merlin, Egret & Blue Hurons. 

Lake St. Clair and it's tributaries are a fisherman's paradise with many competitions and over 110 species of warm and cool water fish including, Salmon, large and small mouth Bass, Muskie, Walleye, Longnose Gar and even Sturgeon.

Since we're on the migratory path of so many species, hunters will enjoy the abundance of game. Trophy Canvasbacks, Geese, Pheasant, Wild Turkey as well as Deer, Rabbits and more.

  • Large beautiful bathroom, we supply bath towels, face cloths and hand towels, bring your own shampoo, body soap & beach towels.

  • Groceries, supplies, LCBO & laundromat is a short drive

  • The town square is a 2 minute walk with outstanding local shops, stores and restaurants with amazing cuisine. 

  • Chatham-Kent has many beautiful attractions and golf courses as well as annual events and will definitely become your favourite getaway spot for sun, fun & relaxation.

  • Beaches are 10 minutes away by car and are pristine at both Mitchell's Bay on Lake St. Clair and Brander Park on the St. Clair River

  • You can also visit Walpole Island where you'll find cheaper gas on your way to the ferry that will take you and your car to Algonac, Michigan, USA. No long line ups so you'll be there in 15 minutes 

  • Wallaceburg has several conservation areas to explore, parks with splash pads, a museum, an indoor pool as well as an indoor golf lounge

  • Wallaceburg is also home to WAMBO, an annual event in August with old cars, boats and fire engines on display. There's a memorial drive to Dresden and free bands play all weekend.

  • A refundable reservation deposit of $200 is required via e-transfer to secure your booking and will be returned in cash or e-transfer at checkout provided check out times are met, occupancy limits are observed and there are no damages or loss to property. A standard short term rental contract will be required.

  • Cancellations are free up to 2 weeks before rental date. If for any reason you cancel after the 2 week deadline deposit fee is non-refundable. 

  • Cash is king and is preferred, credit card payments and PayPal subject to 3% surcharge. Credit cards are recorded for security purposes.

  • Check in at 1:30 pm, check out 11:00 am. 

 All Inclusive, heat, hydro, water, unlimited WIFI, 60 free air TV channels & all funishings.
